Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal and court policies, procedures, practices and their application to indigent defense.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws, rules and regulations and their interpretation.
• Familiarity with defense tactics and evidence collection.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare and review legal documents, findings, and evidence.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure effective defense strategies.
• Travel as required (up to 50%).
