Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses in conflict management.
• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and service to department, college, university, community or profession.
• Stay current with principles, methods and developments in the academic discipline and in professional practice.
• Apply appropriate instructional strategies and techniques for courses (undergraduate, graduate, online, etc).
• Create a syllabus and deliver learning objectives effectively.
• Advise, instruct, manage, motivate, and evaluate students.
• Learn relevant sections of myLipscomb for entering grades and student information.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Integrate technology into the teaching and learning process.
• Interact professionally with students, educators, and the public.
