Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation advancing medicines. We seek a Configuration & QC Specialist I to configure and validate clinical trial laboratory databases (LIMS), ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In a hybrid/remote/office-based role, you will set up databases, perform QC checks, investigate issues, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across EST-aligned

Help Advance Clinical Research

Join ICON Central Laboratories and play a key role in supporting clinical trials that help bring innovative treatments to patients worldwide. As a Configuration & QC Specialist I, you'll help configure and validate clinical trial laboratory databases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: This position may be hybrid, fully remote, or office-based depending on the selected candidate's location and business needs. Eastern Time Zone (EST) candidates are preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the configuration and setup of clinical trial laboratory databases (LIMS).
