Job summary

GliaCell Technologies seeks a Configuration Manager to support a U.S. Government contract from Maryland. You will manage configuration baselines across multiple systems, implement CM policies, and maintain CI/CD integration while coordinating change control with development teams.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and extensive CM experience. You will contribute to mission-critical software and systems with a focus on reliability and auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• 8 years’ CM experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 4 extra CM years may substitute for degree.
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• One year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program (if assigned).

Responsibilities

• Configure management of developmental and operational systems across teams.
• Use automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures for complex systems.
• Implement CM throughout the system life cycle from requirements baselines to end-of-life.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
