Our work depends on a Business Process Analyst Senior joining our program to provide configuration management support, including identification, control, reporting, and transmission of deliverables and work products to the customer and to work proactively, collaboratively, and with an entrepreneurial spirit in providing O&M support to the customer and their Stakeholder communities in achieving their critical missions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, configuration and change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements
• Interact with team to coordinate and prepare contract deliverables and work products
• Maintain Configuration Management / Document Management (CM/DM) repository for contract deliverables and work products
• Maintain PMO calendar of deliverables, work products, and other activities specified in the statement of work
• Facilitate the resolution of customer comments on deliverables and work products

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Experience with a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) or COTS repository with similar functionality
• Security Clearance Level: Public Trust (DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability)
• Required Skills and Abilities: Good communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with process frameworks and quality standards (CMMI, ITIL, etc.)
• Location: Remote
• U.S. Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
