  • Lead engineering and document change orders (ECOs, EDOs) from initiation through release.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align new product introductions and product updates with design and manufacturing needs.
  • Audit, standardize, and streamline data structures to improve traceability and reduce cycle times.
  • Build dashboards and tools to track part/BOM/document status and ensure compliance with CelLink’s internal standards.
  • Document best practices, identify automation opportunities, and support ongoing ERP enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience/Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing product data, BOMs, or ECO workflows in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success supporting NPI and production change control processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Syspro preferred) and Excel for data analysis, auditing, and visualization.
Preferred Knowledge
  • Experience with PLM systems (Arena, Agile, Windchill).
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, flex circuits, or automotive components.
  • Strong understanding of part/BOM structuring, revision control, and configuration logic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and operations teams in a fast‑paced, high‑mix environment.
