Job summary

Wyetech seeks a Configuration Manager to implement and maintain configuration management and version control across hardware and software systems throughout the full lifecycle. The role ensures configuration integrity, baselines, and traceability, and supports audits and change control.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required (e.g., TS/SCI with poly).

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing hardware and software configuration baselines and version control systems.
• At least one year using a source code control system (Git, SVN, or equivalent) in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of hardware and software CM processes, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain configuration baselines and proper versioning of all CIs.
• Manage end-to-end configuration control, including change tracking, impact analysis, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Utilize CM tools to store, track, and manage configuration items.
• Support build, integration, testing, and release environments ensuring integrity and traceability.
• Develop and document CM processes, including automated build and release procedures.
