Job summary

J&T is seeking an experienced Configuration Management professional to support the HPC Operations and Sustainment organization, focusing on the Y33 CERB and Y33 CCBs. You will help ensure rigorous QA, configuration control, and documentation across software and hardware items.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, a strong CM background, and the ability to advise CERB/CCB teams. You will also help mature RFC processes and establish robust CM plans for complex HPC systems.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of CM experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
• Four (4) years of CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree; a Master's degree may substitute for two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM support to the HPC Operations and Sustainment organization, specifically for the Y33 CERB and lower-level Y33 CCBs.
• Assist the CERB Chair by delivering comprehensive QA and configuration management for all HPC Systems.
• Serve as an advisor to (or non-voting member of) Y33CERB and CCBs.
• Facilitate management of software and hardware Configuration Items (CIs).
• Participate in creating, updating, and reviewing CM Plans and related documents.
• Implement hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in maturing the Y33 RFC processes across the CERB and CCBs.

• Assist the CERB Chair in providing comprehensive quality assurance and configuration management for all HPC Systems
  
• Serve as an advisor to (or non-voting member of) Y33CERB and CCBs
  
• Facilitate the management of software and hardware Configuration Items (CIs)
  
• Participate in the creation, update, and/review of Configuration Management (CM) Plans, and other associated documents.
  
• Implement hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures

Required Skills

• Eight (8) years of experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  
• Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  
• A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6).
  
• If assigned to a developmental program, one (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity is required.
  
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
