Position Overview

Configuration Manager 3

Candidate must have an active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.

For over 40 years, DCCA has delivered a broad range of IT services to government and commercial clients, helping them upgrade their technology efficiently. Responsibilities

• Manage configuration of developmental and operational systems, creating and maintaining configuration baselines, using automated tools, and developing CM policies and procedures throughout the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a CM in similar scope programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Master’s degree may reduce required experience by two years.
• Experience with source code control systems for developmental programs is required if assigned to such projects.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range in Maryland is $120,000 to $150,000, with final figures based on experience and other factors. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, paid leave, education support, and wellness programs.
