Job summary

AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Manager to join our NAVWAR team in the San Diego area. This full-time, hybrid role requires an active Secret clearance and CM experience in DoD environments.

You will manage baselines, lead Configuration Control Boards, and integrate MBSE, IMS, and CMP activities across programs. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and 7 years of professional experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.
• Extensive experience in a Configuration Management role within a DoD/NAVWAR/PAE Mission Systems environment.
• In-depth knowledge of CM standards including SAE EIA-649-1.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and leading Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Experience with metrics collection and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and training skills.
• Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
• Some travel up to 10%.

• Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
• CMPIC or other CM professional certification desired, not required.
• Some travel up to 10%.

Salary Range: $110K-135K

Based on your qualifications, you will be placed in Level I-V.

An essential qualification for this position is successfully obtaining a security clearance issued by the Federal Government, which may require successful completion of a background check.
