Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Configuration Management Specialist to join the NSWC Crane Division, supporting Radar Technologies in configuration and document management. Responsibilities include processing ECPs/variances, serving as CRB/CCB Secretariat, and maintaining iPDM data while coordinating with technical writers and SMEs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and advanced MS Office skills; prior NSWC Crane experience is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with professional office experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior NSWC Crane experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute Configuration Management at project level per plans and policies.
• Prepare and process ECPs and variances; support CRB/CCB activities and agendas.
• Serve as Secretariat for CRB/CCB and maintain iPDM database.
• Assist technical writers in Change Request process and liaison with SMEs.
• Provide approved documentation to implementing activity and manage project requirements.
• Assist with records management and other duties as assigned.
