The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Configuration Management & Integration Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to ensure baselines, traceability, and change control across hardware and software throughout the program life cycle.
The role interfaces with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD, manage Change Control Boards, and apply CM tools such as CMPro and 3DX. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance are required.

A Configuration Engineer ensures consistency, stability, and traceability of hardware, and complex systems throughout their lifecycle. They manage changes and change boards against configuration and ensure configuration identification for traceability.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will utilize strong communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams, management, and customers to help resolve technical issues and support organizational objectives.
Candidates must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance post-Start.
This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $96,050 - $129,950
