Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support DoD programs at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee in a hybrid role. You will apply CM principles, maintain baselines, process changes, and support CCBs while ensuring CM-compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates have CM experience, proficiency with CMPRO, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with CM experience or a Bachelor's with CM experience.
• 2+ years of CM experience with minimal supervision; 1+ year reviewing government documents, briefs, and drawings.
• CMPRO experience; proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply Configuration Management (CM) principles to engineering documentation, technical data, and program artifacts.
• Maintain configuration baselines and process engineering changes.
• Support Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Ensure program documentation complies with CM standards.
• Review, track, archive, and distribute configuration controlled documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and program teams to ensure timely CM activities.
