Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) seeks a Configuration and Data Management Analyst in Millington, TN for on-site work with potential one remote day per week. You will manage CM items, release workflows, and documentation, while coordinating across MS Server, AD, Citrix, VPN, and reporting via SQL/XML.

Role requires a Secret clearance and 6+ years in CM, release control, and enterprise system administration.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 6 years of experience supporting configuration management and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Scheduling and release tools: Control M and Control D; file transfer: SFTP/FTP.
• Experience with Windows server/workstation, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN.
• Data management: SQL and XML.
• Monitoring: SolarWinds, SCOM, SCCM.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist CM execution across systems and applications, maintaining baselines and change packages.
• Manage configuration items, change records, and release workflows using Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Maintain CM documentation, baselines, and evidence in SharePoint.
• Administer enterprise environments that CM depends on: MS Server, MS Workstation, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN.
• Support controlled releases and repeatable processing by administering job scheduling tools (Control M and Control D).
• Validate configuration data and support reporting using SQL and XML for audit readiness.
• Support secure movement of release artifacts and CM evidence via SFTP/FTP.
• Monitor platform health and drift using SolarWinds and SCOM; coordinate corrective actions.
• Support configuration and patch readiness using SCCM and related System Center tooling.
• Produce CM plans, diagrams, schedules, and status via MS Office (Visio/Project).

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Configuration and Data Management Analyst in Millington, TN. This position does require on-site work with the potential opportunity to work one day remote per week.

How Role will make an impact:

• Assist in configuration management (CM) execution across systems and applications, maintaining controlled baselines, traceable change packages, and repeatable release processes.
• Manage configuration items, change records, and release workflows using Azure DevOps (TFS), including version control practices and work item traceability.
• Maintain CM documentation, baselines, and evidence in SharePoint.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise environments that CM activities depend on, including MS Server, MS Workstation, Active Directory, Citrix, and supporting access paths such as VPN.
• Support controlled releases and repeatable operational processing by administering and troubleshooting job scheduling tools Control M and Control D.
• Validate configuration data and support reporting using SQL and XML to maintain consistency across environments and support audit readiness.
• Support secure movement of release artifacts and CM evidence using SFTP and FTP.
• Monitor platform health and conditions that drive configuration drift using SolarWinds and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and coordinate corrective actions as required.
• Support configuration and patch readiness using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and related System Center tooling where applicable.
• Produce CM plans, diagrams, schedules, and status reporting using Microsoft Office (Visio/Project).
