Job summary
Global Connect Technologies seeks a Configuration & Design Engineer to support the design, configuration, and integration of defense powertrain systems for heavy‑duty and off‑highway vehicles. You will design and integrate engine, transmission, cooling, fuel, air intake, exhaust, and electrical systems; create and modify 3D CAD models and drawings; perform packaging studies; and maintain BOMs and engineering documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
3–8 years of powertrain, drivetrain, engine, transmission, or vehicle systems experience.
Experience with Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar CAD tools.
Knowledge of GD&T, BOMs, packaging, DFA/DFM, ECR/ECO.
Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar PLM experience preferred.
Heavy equipment, off-highway, defense, or military experience preferred.
Responsibilities
