Job summary

Odyssey seeks a Configuration/Data Manager to support the TACP AFLCMC/WIS program. The role focuses on configuration management, data handling, and government-procured change control activities at Wright Patterson AFB.

Responsibilities include preparing technical documents, supporting audits, and maintaining tracking systems for specifications and changes. Requires active SECRET clearance and DoD experience.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for the role.
• Active Secret Clearance is required for position.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with at least three years of related DoD experience, or seven years with proper certifications.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform configuration and data management tasks per the statement of work.
• Prepare and deliver finished products in technical and non-technical formats, classified and unclassified.
• Provide advisory support for CM/DM activities and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in configuration management for hardware and software, reviewing specs for format, content, and export markings.
• Create and maintain tracking systems for specifications, SCNs, discrepancies, and change actions.
• Support change proposal activities: log, file, and track Government-approved changes.
• Handle CCB Secretariat duties: prepare and facilitate CCBs and develop reports.
• Participate in formal Technical Reviews and readiness assessments.
• Support FCA, PCA, and compliance audits with planning, review, tracking, and minutes.
• Perform status accounting: review and maintain the status of configuration items and changes.
• Support contract data management: DIDs, CDRLs, data calls, and release information.
• Conduct data reviews: coordinate inputs, draft minutes, and close action items.
