Saalex Corporation in Ridgecrest, CA is hiring a Configuration/Data Management Manager (Finance) onsite to lead configuration and data management for complex programs, including acquisition, software, hardware, and weapons systems. Must manage CM/DM integrity, documentation control, and governance across the system lifecycle.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance, extensive experience (12+ years), and ability to guide cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with government and

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in software/hardware/document configuration management or related discipline.
• Experience managing configuration control of technical data and acquisition products.
• Experience leading Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and configuration control processes.
• Strong knowledge of Government CM/DM requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale defense, acquisition, or weapons systems programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM/DM efforts across multiple programs and IPTs.
• Develop and maintain CM/DM plans and procedures.
• Oversee configuration control boards and baselines.
• Manage ECP activities and configuration audits.
• Provide CM/DM guidance to program managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government and contractual CM/DM requirements.
• Lead status accounting and reporting.
