Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Configuration Analyst are to add, update, and maintain the configuration information for AcciClaim clients and their related payors, using the AcciClaim administration tools and other standard data management tools, with the ultimate goal being to standardize data and maximize the success of automation activity for the AcciClaim application.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Link incoming payer names to existing payers in order to keep a clean and controlled set of payors.
  • Research and validate new payers. Set up and confirm payer contact information.
  • Set up health timely filing data points according to client matrices.
    • Analyze and update existing timely filings when new matrices are received.
  • Work monthly audits to ensure all health carrier rules are correct and up-to-date based on state and health type.
  • Manage client profiles, ensuring proper understanding of impacts by all consumers of the data.
    • Create profiles for new clients and establish minimum necessary information.
    • Update client profiles upon request.
    • Provide feedback to client success managers and operations on how to submit this information for maximum system functionality.
  • Collaborate with users to maintain expert level understanding of the product and ways in which it can be improved, including creating ongoing feedback loops for updates/new information.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned, such as audit the configuration to be still relevant and accurate, and to troubleshoot why certain configuration appears to not be applicable.
  • Will not disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) in violation of law.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a high level of attention to detail and be skilled in organizing and prioritizing work
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow-through on assignments with minimal direction. Tactfully working through competing priorities is critical.
  • Strong Excel knowledge coupled with excellent analytical, reporting and data analysis/visualization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and writing skills. The ability to tailor your message to your audience is a must.
  • Revenue cycle experience preferred. 1-2 years of health payer experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. College diploma (4 year) a plus

Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
