A significant portion of your time (approximately 60%) will be dedicated to hands-on configuration work, while the remaining 40% will involve actively participating in and leading cross-functional meetings to capture and define requirements. You will be a key representative for the Configuration workstream, collaborating with various teams to implement solutions that meet client needs, particularly within Medicaid programs.

  • Provide in-depth data analysis and expert troubleshooting on configuration toolsets with automated processes.
  • Prepare data for analysis, including identifying and resolving duplicates, errors, and outliers, and perform thorough data validation.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to build queries and extract backend data based on configuration requirements.
  • Act as a Business Analyst, documenting detailed requirements and process flows for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration.
  • Independently manage and prioritize workload to consistently meet designated service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Business Configuration solution team's projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Configuration leadership on the development and execution of the Configuration roadmap deliverables that enable the automation of product and network offerings.
  • Conduct thorough Fit/Gap Analysis and provide comprehensive Feedback Assessments on new client plans, demonstrating how configuration will be leveraged to onboard new business effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive and productive working relationships with team members and a diverse range of stakeholders, including business partners at all levels of leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and represent the configuration perspective in cross-functional meetings.
  • Significant experience (ideally 5+ years) with a configuration platform (Facets strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and benefit configuration principles.
  • Solid proficiency in SQL and database querying.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience building, troubleshooting, and prototyping Medicaid products.
  • Proven ability to capture business requirements directly with clients.
  • Experience in executing testing and providing thorough documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills specifically related to Medicaid program implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Facets platform, including Medical Plan Benefit Configuration and Provider Network & Agreement Configuration.
  • In-depth understanding of Medicare and Medicaid program requirements.

Compliance Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check, 5-panel drug screening, and exclusion screenings will be required prior to onboarding.
  • Ongoing monthly OIG/GSA/OFAC screenings will be required throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Screenshots of completed compliance training will be required within the first week of hire.
