Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with experience in creating and managing luxury catering events to join us as a Catering Sales Manager. This key role involves selling revenue-generating catered events, including weddings, social gatherings, and meetings & conferences, with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be creative, a problem solver, team-oriented, eager to learn and lead by example, and professional in guest and team interactions.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the coordination and successful execution of all catering programs/services.
  • Address and improve operational deficiencies in collaboration with relevant departments, especially Banquets.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, associations, and SMERF groups to develop the social business segment supporting revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to maximize relationships, profitability, and service quality.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to guests and the organization through engagement and productivity.
  • Maintain knowledge of the marketplace and contribute to best practices for the resort's success.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations across departments.
