Job description

Randstad is hiring event staff to support an amazing conference in Kissimmee! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, professional, and enjoy working in fast-paced, guest-facing environments. If you are looking for an exciting temporary role to support a huge event, then this role is for you!

Salary: $18 - $29 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 6 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities

1. Venue Navigator:
   • Schedule:
     • 5/26: 2–3 PM
     • 5/27: 1–7 PM
     • 5/28: 6 AM–5 PM
     • 5/29: 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
     • 5/30: 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
   • Responsibilities: Guide attendees, answer questions, support event flow near the exhibit hall
2. Registration Assistants:
   • Help set up and assist attendees with check-in and materials
   • Schedule:
     • 5/26: 3–5 PM (unpack boxes, move materials)
     • 5/27: 12–7 PM (restock bags, monitor badge ribbon station)
     • 5/28: 6 AM–12 PM (restock bags, general support)

Requirements

• Must be punctual, professional, and comfortable interacting with attendees
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Must be available for the full shift(s) assigned

• Event Coordination experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience level: Experienced
