The Manager of Operations is responsible for the development, successful management and operational execution of performance, productivity, efficiency and process improvements across Conexus Indiana. This team member ensures that Conexus consistently manages information, events, and processes at a level that enables the team to achieve and exceed annual performance goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence across the team
• Manage monthly documentation and accurate tracking of staff work hours in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
• Support data entry for tracking purposes, primarily in Salesforce and Asana, while supporting the creation of new processes in the platform.
• Orchestrates internal staff events that promote collaboration, productivity and camaraderie, such as monthly or quarterly staff meetings and offsite development events.
• Support the distribution of partner invoices, collection and submission of credit card expenses and invoices and work with the Director of Operations to ensure timely and accurate monthly submissions to CICP.
• Provide general support as needed to team members, enabling the timely performance of organizational responsibilities
  
  
  

Manage data and engagement

• Manage day-to-day collection and tracking of data connected to Key Performance Indicators, including financial activity, partner engagement, and organizational involvement.
• Support organization wide event management by supporting pre-event activities, engaging in day of execution and post event wrap up and tracking.
• Work across the organization to timely and accurately input KPI and metric data into Conexus and CICP tracking platforms
  
  
  

Drive key people processes

• Manage the calendar of the President & CEO, and the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer, ensuring effective coordination with other stakeholders on priority, preparation and travel.
• Manage the Conexus Indiana office space by serving as the liaison between building facilities, CICP, and the Conexus team. Lead internal communications to the team, visitor reception, and office supply and inventory management.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• 3 years of experience in administrative and/or operations experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Asana, Adobe Acrobat, and Timely (preferred, not required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and ability to catch errors
• Excellent project management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion
