Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a warehouse associate for our Auburn, WA facility. The role focuses on maintaining clean and organized areas, accurate order filling, and safe forklift operation as part of daily on-site duties with occasional overtime as needed.

Earners will work 5 AM – 2 PM, receive a $21–$22.93/hour wage (DOE) with a $0.50/hour shift differential, and be eligible for strong benefits through Sonepar.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling
• Safe forklift/equipment usage
• Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices
• Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Outside yard environment
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $21/hour - $22.93/hour, DOE.
• This position is eligible for a $0.50 per hour shift differential.
