Job Track Description:
  1. Should have worked in Application support.
  2. Ability to research issues and derive solutions from existing knowledge base.
  3. Ability to document newly derived solutions clearly and concisely for the benefit of the other team members/customer.
  4. Will require to work in US hours shift and or weekend shift on a rotational basis.
  5. Monitor service platforms by available monitoring tools.
  6. Initiate troubleshooting activities if something wrong is found by monitoring.
  7. Answer service-related questions and feedback from users thru email and phone.
  8. Provide user access control and termination, as and when requested.
  9. L1 and L2 ticket handling, basic troubleshooting, and incident resolution wherever possible.
  10. Should be good at handling bridge calls.
  11. Basic Knowledge of Windows Services.
  12. Knowledge of Linux is an added advantage.
  13. Should be flexible enough to learn new process as and when required.
