• Seniority-based role with on-call schedule (24/7) and 90 minutes notice.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior railroad experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspect trains, railcars, and equipment for safe operation.
• Operate remote control locomotives and perform coupling, drawing bar alignment, hand brakes, and ride railcars.
• Communicate effectively with crews, dispatchers, and yard controllers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with FRA and company safety regulations.
