Job summary

Brown Bears Courier is hiring a full-time delivery driver in Las Vegas. You will follow a set route, load/unload packages, and ensure timely, safe deliveries while maintaining vehicle condition.

Position requires weekend work, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and completion of a background and DOT physical. 401(k) and paid time off available as described in benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• 21 years or older to meet commercial driving requirements.
• Be willing to undergo background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Be on time at all times and follow a predetermined route.
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle and ensure delivery integrity.
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform basic maintenance checks.

$700 Weekly after 90 days performance review with potential raises and increases.

Shift and schedule:

Hours: 8:00a.m. until Delivery Completion – 5 days a week / Weekends will be required and 6 days a week are mandatory during peak. (Days off depends)

Full job description:

• Be on time at all times

• Follow safety protocols and proceduresLoad and Unload Packages from delivery vehicle
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
• Be Responsible for vehicle while performing duties
• Care for the condition of the vehicle and all equipment
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues
• Demonstrate safe and lawful driving skills
• Be courteous to all customers, co-workers and FedEx staff
• Have knowledge of public policy of safe driving practices
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
