Job description

This position supports the US CIB Corporate Compliance team in governance, compliance monitoring, regulatory tracking, and reporting activities. The role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timely preparation of materials for internal committees, as well as reporting to senior management at both global and local levels.

It requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of information.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Compliance Monitoring
  • Support the coordination and execution of Corporate Compliance programs, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Antitrust, and the Criminal Prevention Plan, including the preparation and distribution of related communications and reminders.
  • Monitor Corporate Compliance tools (e.g., Gifts & Entertainment, Conflicts of Interest), ensuring appropriate oversight, follow‑up, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring controls across Corporate Compliance topics, including Donations, Gifts & Entertainment and Third Parties onboarding.
  • Serve as the point of contact for US CIB employees regarding inquiries related to the Code of Conduct.
  • Monitor findings arising from Regulatory Exams and/or Internal Audit reviews, supporting the tracking and follow‑up of remediation actions to ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare, as required, summary reports and briefing materials, as required, for senior management and internal committees at both global and local levels.
Regulatory & Internal Policies
  • Support tracking the transposition of internal policy and procedures transposition tracking (Global and/or local) and implementation monitoring.
  • Assist in ensuring timely updates and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Training & Certification Oversight
  • Collaborate on implementing and monitoring mandatory training and certification programs within the US CIB scope.
  • Track completion rates and ensure compliance with internal requirements; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address gaps or delays.
Reporting & Operational Support
  • Maintain internal dashboards and control reports (e.g., FTE tracking).
  • Support data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for internal committees and senior management meetings at both global and local levels.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish.

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
