Job summary

Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is hiring a Condo Room Attendant for full-time work in our Villa units. You will ensure guest villas are clean, comfortable, and inviting, making beds and replenishing linens and amenities while addressing guest requests with courtesy.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 32+ hours/week and holiday/weekend availability.
• Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Time management and efficiency.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Cleans condos including making beds; dusting and vacuuming; cleaning bathroom; replacing supplies; cleaning windows, mirrors, and patios.
• Ability to work efficiently in a timely matter.
• Ability to work independently to meet team goals.
• Utilizes chemicals according to directions and familiarizes self with all material safety data sheets.
• Practices safety procedures, including bending, lifting, and safe use of equipment.
• Reports hazardous conditions in work area or equipment to Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively through radio "walky-talky's" to Condo House Attendants for restocking linens and amenities for Villa.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisor on duty.
• Documents and secures lost and found items.
• Communicates with guest on a professional and friendly manner.
• Assists House Attendant, including delivering guest requests and pick up of used guest items.
