We are seeking an Owner Services Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will handle owner arrivals, requests, concierge services, and assist with condo operations administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling bookings of owner reservations and confirmations.
  2. Managing owner arrivals, departures, complaints, traces, and requests.
  3. Organizing and maintaining the departmental filing system and office equipment.
  4. Providing concierge services to owners and their guests.
  5. Performing other related duties as assigned.
  6. Communicating professionally with owners and other departments.
  7. Monitoring the Owners lounge to ensure it meets service standards.
  8. Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and being well-organized.
  9. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
  10. Concierge/Front Desk experience is preferred but not required.
