Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC is looking for a Conditioning Tower Operator in Illinois. In this role, you will ensure that tower facilities run efficiently, handling equipment to keep production and quality at their best.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and safety-minded, with a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include running equipment, performing safety checks, and maintaining a clean work area. Previous experience in seed conditioning or maintenance is a plus, but not required.

Do you like working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Conditioning Tower Operator to join our crew! In this role, you’ll help make sure our tower facilities run like clockwork. You’ll be hands‑on with equipment, keeping production top‑notch and making sure our customers get the best quality every time.

This is a great opportunity if you’re detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and enjoy working both independently and with a team. Bonus points if you’ve got experience with seed conditioning or maintenance—but if not, we’re happy to teach the right person!

What you’ll be doing:

• Running equipment and keeping downtime to a minimum.
• Performing safety and quality checks (and jotting them down accurately).
• Giving everything a thorough clean between runs to protect product quality.
• Helping with preventative maintenance and general equipment care.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready to roll.
• Pitching in on other duties as needed.
• May‑Sept- 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
• Oct-April 2:00 P.M to midnight

Requirements:

• A positive communicator who works well with others.
• Someone who follows safety and quality guidelines like second nature.

• Experience with conditioning/maintenance is great, but not required.
• Able to work independently and stay on track.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
