Job summary

University of California, Santa Barbara is seeking a Concur Business Systems Analyst to optimize and maintain the SAP Concur Travel and Expense system, integrate with Oracle Financials Cloud, and document evolving processes. You will lead system changes through design and testing, ensuring continuity and effective reporting for BFS.

The role focuses on user needs analysis, training material updates, and providing expert support across Concur configurations, integrations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience / training.
• 1–3 years of experience analyzing moderately complex business processes and problems.
• 1–3 years of experience developing user reference materials and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimize SAP Concur configuration and monthly release changes.
• Maintain integrations between SAP Concur and Oracle Financials Cloud to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain Concur reports (Intelligence/Cognos) as needed by BFS users.
• Gathers and summarizes user needs to revise system logic and documentation.
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets for Concur technical support.
