Kinsley Construction is hiring Concrete Workers based in the Hagerstown, MD area. Roles include form carpentry, rebar placement, and concrete placement for deep foundations and heavy industrial work. Travel to mid-Atlantic projects required; company provides hotels and travel logistics.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform demanding field tasks.
• Ability to understand and read construction blueprints.
• Strong teamwork and communication for field collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Use and/or assist with instruments for precise layout.
• Perform excavation and backfill.
• Non CDL truck driving is required.
• Perform formwork, placement of anchor bolts and embeds.
• Perform placement of rebar.
• Perform concrete placement including large mass pours and foundations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
