Job summary

SEG is seeking an experienced Concrete Worker to join our field crew on active construction sites across our project locations. You will assist with forming, pouring, finishing, reinforcement, and general site labor while following project specs and safety procedures.

Candidates should have prior concrete construction experience, the ability to read simple drawings, and a reliable transportation and attendance record. Travel to VA, MD, DC, and WV will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations.
• Build, set, and strip concrete forms.
• Tie rebar and assist with reinforcement installation.
• Set anchor bolts and embedded items as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

We are seeking experienced and dependable Concrete Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of concrete construction tasks, including forming, pouring, finishing, reinforcing, and general site labor while ensuring all work is completed safely and according to project specifications.

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance and compliance purposes
