Job summary

Cru Concrete, Inc. is seeking a Wall Laborer at our Dane location for year-round, full-time outdoor work.

You will set up footings using ProForm, assemble wall forms with aluminum systems, and pour stone and concrete, ensuring work meets productivity, quality, and safety targets. The role offers a stable environment with opportunities to expand skills, advance your career, and contribute to a growing company that partners with major builders.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
• Able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Able to work at heights up to 8 feet with safety precautions
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds
