Job summary

Cru Concrete is seeking a flatwork laborer for our Dane location. You’ll work outdoors, pour concrete, and help set up flatwork projects with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll return home each night and contribute to a stable, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Willing to drive to jobsites within 50 miles of Dane, WI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up of interior and exterior flatwork projects.
• Pour stone and concrete.
• Complete assigned concrete jobs meeting productivity, quality, and safety targets.

• Assist with the set up of interior and exterior flatwork projects
• Pour stone and concrete
• Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets
