What We’re Searching For

Capital Concrete & Masonry is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Concrete Technicians. As an integral part of our construction crew, Concrete Technicians play a vital role in assisting with the installation, preparation, and finishing of concrete projects. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team’s success.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms and molds.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment.
• Assist with the placement of reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh.
• Operate hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
  
  

What You Need

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques (preferred).
• Previous experience in concrete work or construction (preferred but not required).
