Jobot is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee self-perform concrete projects in a long-established Cincinnati firm. You will lead field teams, manage logistics, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in concrete construction and 3+ years as a lead superintendent, with strong leadership and communication skills and a construction-management background.
