Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation in New York, NY, is seeking a Concrete Superintendent for our Midtown Bus Terminal project. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site concrete construction activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in concrete construction, with at least 3 in supervision, plus knowledge of forming, reinforcement, placement, and finishing. Strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to read drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in scheduling and basic construction software tools

• Plan daily and weekly work activities and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and site inspections
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain schedule
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, manpower logs, and material tracking

This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
