Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Concrete Superintendent for the Midtown Bus Terminal project in Manhattan. The role requires leading on-site concrete execution, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning daily activities, supervising formwork and placement, and maintaining project documentation while coordinating with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of concrete construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Strong safety leadership and OSHA knowledge.
• Proficient in coordinating labor, equipment and materials.

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction including foundations, slabs, walls, structural concrete, and finishing.

• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.

This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
