Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety standards to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

The candidate will oversee schedules, monitor productivity, and manage quality control while mentoring field personnel and maintaining strong relationships with project teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of concrete construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years of construction experience overall.
• Experience supervising crews of 10+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction.
• Experience with structural concrete, foundations, slab-on-grade, and reinforced concrete.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing schedules.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel throughout the DFW area as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all company and project safety requirements.

• Maintain strong working relationships with project teams and customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
