Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Travelling Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects.

This role involves relocation support and significant travel across the region, supervising crews and coordinating concrete scopes from foundations to tilt-up construction. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on leadership in concrete construction, with the ability to read drawings, manage schedules, safety, and day-to-day project

Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 annually (Experience Dependent)

We are partnering with an established commercial concrete contractor seeking an experienced Travelling Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects.

The company performs complex concrete construction throughout the SD region, with work spanning structural concrete, slab-on-grade paving, and tilt-up construction. Projects support major markets including data centers and IT infrastructure, industrial and manufacturing facilities, transportation and logistics, commercial agriculture, and power and energy infrastructure.

This is a hands‑on field leadership position for someone who understands concrete construction from the ground up and can effectively manage crews, schedules, safety, quality, and day‑to‑day project execution.
