Walsh Construction Company II in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Superintendent for the Building Self Perform team on the DFW Terminal F project. You will own field operations and ensure the project is carried out safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, subcontract coordination, cost control, and quality control. You will enforce safety programs, prepare daily time cards, and maintain logs for a smooth, on-time delivery.

• 6+ years of construction project supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, drawings, and specs.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and safety knowledge.

We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent for our Building Self Perform team at the DFW Terminal F project located in Dallas, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establishing budgets and controlling cost
• Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risk, and work to mitigate it
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follows company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
• Manages jobsite cleanliness
• Prepares daily time cards for personnel under supervision
• Prepares daily logs

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma
• 6+ years of experience
• Basic computer skills are preferred
• Specific roles may require relocation
