Job summary

Knife River Corporation in Southern Idaho seeks a self-motivated Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy highway and bridge projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and client teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires travel to job sites, strong leadership, and experience with job costing. The team emphasizes reliability and adherence to company policies in a drug-free environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a foreman or leadership role in heavy highway and concrete bridge construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on DOT bridges.
• Experience with job costing and managing crews.
• Ability to meet deadlines and basic computer knowledge.
• Travel to job sites is expected.

Knife River Southern Idaho is looking for a self-motivated individual who will use their knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of our company as a Concrete Superintendent.

This position works directly with our Project Managers as well as clientele out in the field.

Must be able to always be a positive representative of our company. We are a drug free environment and a valid driver's license is a must.

Minimum Qualifications:
