Job summary

D&S Concrete is hiring for a crew member to operate heavy equipment and assist on concrete pours in Alaska. The role requires safety-conscious workers who can operate forklifts and perform finishing tasks, with starting pay at $25 per hour and a clear path to earn more.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test, including marijuana. No prior concrete experience is necessary, and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a drug test including marijuana.
• No previous concrete experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform basic forklift maintenance.
• Pour and finish concrete as directed.
• Set forms and secure for pours.
• Mix, batch, and stage materials for pours.
• Maintain and clean job site and equipment.
• Assist with rebar cutting, bending and laying.
• Perform welding as needed.
• Keep work area orderly and safe.
• Assist with form cleaning and shop cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.
