We are seeking a motivated, career minded and detail-oriented Concrete Saw Operator(s) to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized concrete cutting equipment to execute precise cuts on various concrete surfaces. Your years of expertise will contribute to the successful completion of commercial construction projects, including sidewalks, driveways, foundations, and other structural elements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while ensuring SAFETY and QUALITY standards are maintained throughout each phase of work.

Duties

• Operate concrete saws and power tools with precision to cut concrete, asphalt, and other hard surfaces according to project specifications and blueprints
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to determine cutting locations and depths
• Prepare work sites by setting up barricades and safety barriers in compliance with construction safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent accidents
• Collaborate with team members including carpenters, masons, and project managers to coordinate tasks effectively
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, working at heights, and handling hazardous materials

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans accurately
• Experience with concrete cutting, concrete finishing, and concrete pouring processes
• Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical specifications and collaborating on construction projects
