About The Job

Roger Langeliers Construction Co. is looking for a dedicated, skilled Concrete Saw Cutter to be a key part of our Saw & Seal division! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, with teamwork. You’ll be responsible for various tasks, including operating walk‑behind concrete saws and demolition saws and assisting with concrete removal, placement and paving operations. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate walk‑behind concrete saws and demolition saws.
• Work safely in active airport, highway, and bridge construction environments.
• Perform concrete pavement saw cutting for panel replacement operations.
• Perform widening cuts and tie‑in cuts for new pavement construction.
• Assist with concrete demolition and removal operations.
• Assist with concrete placement and paving operations.Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Saw cutting experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work.
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
