Who We Are

Spire Building Solutions is a commercial construction company specializing in concrete restoration, waterproofing, and exterior building envelope repairs and painting across multifamily and hospitality properties. Our home office is in South Florida with field teams across the US. Our work includes restoring aging structures, repairing damage, and protecting buildings from water intrusion and structural deterioration.

Who We Are Hiring

Hands‑on concrete restoration, repair and painting experienced craftspeople.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands‑on concrete restoration and repair on balconies, garages, facades, and structural elements
• Chip, remove, and prepare damaged concrete using hand and power tools
• Clean and treat exposed reinforcing steel (rebar)
• Complete patch repairs, forming, and pouring of concrete
• Perform caulking, sealants, and waterproofing applications
• Apply coatings such as elastomeric and protective systems
• Assist with surface preparation (grinding, pressure washing, sandblasting)
• Work on ladders, scaffolding, and swing stages
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites

What We're Looking For

• Experience in concrete restoration, repair, or building envelope work
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and repair methods
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in South Florida conditions
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Ability to follow direction and deliver quality work
• Authorization to work in the US
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites throughout South Florida
• Valid Driver's License

Salary: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
