Job summary

The Project Manager for the Concrete Restoration and Design team at m2e Consulting Engineers in South and Central Florida leads restoration projects from initial assessment through construction closeout, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's/Master’s in Engineering (PE preferred), 4–7 years of relevant experience, and proven leadership, communication, and field inspection skills.

• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concrete restoration projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution.
• Perform field inspections for restoration/repair work and document findings per standards.
• Prepare field reports and manage data efficiently.
• Track repair quantities and maintain logs for accountability.
• Review contractor pay apps and change orders to safeguard the client.
• Coordinate schedules and resources with contractors and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and ensure OSHA safety compliance.
• Oversee project budgets, time entries, and billing alignment.
