Job summary

Croell Concrete Products in Gillette, WY is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to join our field team. You will safely operate a ready mix truck, deliver concrete to a variety of customers, and maintain professional communication with a Dispatcher and customers.

Training is available; a Class A or B CDL and a current DOT medical card are required. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, ensure accurate loads, and help keep a clean, safe workplace while supporting projects across roads and buildings.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and be able to operate heavy trucks safely.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication with customers and dispatchers.
• Reliability and punctuality in scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix truck according to DOT regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Verify load size and slump against tickets for accuracy.
• Complete washdown and drum rinse after deliveries and at plant.
• Provide courteous customer service and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain vehicles, plant, and shop in clean, safe condition.
• Complete required paperwork using tablets/cell phones (inspections, time reporting, tickets).
• Cross-train on dispatching and batching tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties outside normal scope when required.
