Job summary

BrownContracting,Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL driver to join our concrete and excavation team in Oregon. Responsibilities include operating concrete mixer trucks, communicating with dispatch, and assisting with placement at job sites.

We value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a growing company. Candidates should have a Class A CDL, be drug-free, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior Ready-Mix experience is a bonus; travel across Oregon may be required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• CDL Class A required.
• Valid Medical Card or equivalent.
• Be drug free.
• Some knowledge of concrete desired.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Hardworking and self-motivated.
• Mechanically inclined is a bonus.
• Previous Ready-Mix experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Willingness to travel throughout Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with dispatch on pickups and routes.
• Work under foreman’s direction.
• Inspect truck and equipment and report issues.
• Ability to drive concrete mixer trucks.
• Pickup materials and assist with placement at job site.
